By accessing Crimzon.com or placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced within them.

Crimzon.com is intended for lawful personal use.

Customers agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Certain products may be available in limited quantities, on an On-Order, Made-to-Order or Bespoke basis, or may be discontinued.

Adding a product to a shopping bag or wish list does not reserve or guarantee its availability.

 

 

3. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on Crimzon.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. Any applicable price will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of any genuine pricing or system error.

Where applicable, taxes, shipping charges, COD charges, duties or other charges will be displayed separately or incorporated into the applicable order total before payment is completed.

Crimzon reserves the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed.

Where an order has been affected by a material pricing error, Crimzon may contact the customer before processing the order or cancel the order and issue an applicable refund.

 

 

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Crimzon.com constitutes a request to purchase the selected product(s).

After an order is placed, an order confirmation may be sent to the registered email address or mobile number.

An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order and does not, by itself, constitute final acceptance of the order.

Orders may be subject to:

  • Payment verification;

  • Product availability;

  • Fraud or security checks; and

  • Other operational verification.

Crimzon reserves the right to decline, cancel or limit an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, product unavailability, duplicate orders, or other circumstances affecting the ability to fulfil the order.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel, subject to the circumstances of the cancellation.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and current information required to process and deliver an order.

  • Billing address;

  • Delivery address;

  • Mobile number;

  • Email address; and

  • Other information required for payment, verification or delivery.

Crimzon is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided at the time of order.

6. Payments

Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Online payments are processed through Crimzon's designated payment gateway and associated payment partners.

Crimzon does not retain complete payment card information where such information is processed directly by the applicable payment service provider.

COD may be available on eligible orders subject to the applicable order value, PIN-code and courier restrictions.

Applicable COD charges, where any, will be displayed before the order is completed.

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

Crimzon ships across India and to select international destinations.

Delivery timelines, shipping charges, COD terms, international shipping, customs, duties, delivery exceptions and other shipping-related conditions are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances including courier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, product availability and other circumstances beyond Crimzon's reasonable control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds and Credit Notes are governed by Crimzon's Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Eligibility may vary depending on:

  • Product category;

  • Product condition;

  • Whether the product is full-price, sale, customized, Bespoke or Made-to-Order;

  • Date of delivery;

  • Reason for the request; and

  • Quality inspection and verification.

Submission of a return or exchange request does not constitute automatic approval.

9. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

Bespoke and Made-to-Order products are produced specifically against an individual customer order.

Because these products are created specifically for the customer:

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

  • Standard returns and exchanges do not apply.

  • Production and delivery generally require 15–30 days, depending on the product and customization.

Bespoke requests outside the standard size range are subject to feasibility and Crimzon's ability to maintain the required product quality.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on Crimzon.com, including but not limited to:

  • Brand names and logos;

  • Product names;

  • Product imagery;

  • Photography;

  • Videos;

  • Graphics;

  • Designs;

  • Text;

  • Website layouts;

  • Product descriptions;

  • Artwork; and

  • Other visual or written material

is owned by or licensed to Crimzon and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from Crimzon.com may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, published, transmitted or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Crimzon.

Use of the website does not grant any ownership or other intellectual property rights in Crimzon's content or brand assets.
